When Daniella came to Work Avenue, she was struggling with low confidence after a long career break. Unsure of where to start, she joined our Empower Her Programme, where she gained invaluable skills and support. After this structured 6 week programme, Daniella got a fantastic job at Maccabi GB. Daniella now feels empowered and financially independent. With Work Avenue’s support, she not only found a job—she found her confidence and a renewed sense of purpose.
In 2024, we supported nearly 4000 people in the community to feel empowered to earn a living with dignity.
